Meet the Person

Hi, I'm Oscar Guerrero, the person behind BeeZBee Janitorial. I believe a clean workplace is about more than appearances. It's about creating an environment where people feel comfortable, businesses can operate smoothly, and the little details never go unnoticed. Today, BeeZBee proudly provides commercial cleaning services to businesses throughout Orange County, CA, and nearby communities.

My Journey

Every business has a beginning. Mine started with a simple opportunity, the guidance of my mother, and a growing ambition to build something of my own.

Humble Beginnings

What initially started as a way to earn a living gradually became something more. As I gained experience and began attracting clients of my own, I recognized an opportunity to turn the skills I had learned into a business. With every new client, my confidence grew, along with my ambition to create something I could truly call my own.

Recognizing an Opportunity

Seeing the Bigger Picture

My journey into the cleaning industry began alongside my mother, helping her with her residential cleaning work. She taught me that proper cleaning is about more than making a place look presentable. It's about paying attention to the details, taking pride in your work, and doing the job right.

Building BeeZBee

Turning Opportunity Into Purpose

That opportunity eventually became BeeZBee Janitorial Services. Inspired by the lessons I learned from my mother, I built a business centered on dependable, detail-oriented commercial cleaning. Today, I take pride in helping businesses maintain clean, welcoming workplaces while continuing to grow something I can call my own.
